5 General/Delivery/Cancellation

 

After placing an order with Designing Your Home you will receive a confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to receipt of cleared payment into our bank account. You should allow approximately 7 working days for this process.  Upon receipt of cleared payment you will receive an Order Confirmation from Designing Your Home outlining your order details and approximate delivery date You must check all order details on this Order Confirmation and advise Designing Your Home in writing by email should any details be incorrect. Designing Your Home will endeavor to dispatch orders within 28 working days from receipt of cleared payment (this is usually much quicker) unless there are exceptional circumstances. Designing Your Home will send you a Dispatch Confirmation when the work is complete. Delivery charges will be advised on Order Confirmation.

 

The interior design industry can be subjective and as such we cannot always guarantee that clients will like our design concepts. Designing Your Home cannot provide refunds if this is the case. Should this happen, please contact Designing Your Home via phone or email to discuss the design as additional recommendations can be made in special circumstances.

 

Designing Your Home does not accept liability for any omissions or errors contained within our site. Designing Your Home reserves the right to modify, change information, description and specifications, prices of services and products at any time without notice. Designing Your Home will be under no obligation to fulfill any order in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies and or unavailability.

 

The designs provided by Designing Your Home are creative recommendations for the intention of implementation by customers, for the decoration of their homes. Designing Your Home will provide stockist information but will not be held responsible for changes in price, ending of stock lines or other stock issues, accuracy of this information.

 

Designing Your Home reserves the right to refund, cancel orders where appropriate.

 

Limited, special offers and promotions apply to one per household. Gift cards not redeemable for cash.

 

Designing Your Home has sourced images for the site that are representative of our services. They are intended to illustrate the quality and style of our work and sit alongside some of our own images.

 

5a Cancelling an Order

 

If you wish to cancel your order with Designing Your Home please do so via email as soon as possible and within 7 working days of receipt of your payment. Once your payment has cleared, allow 7 working days for this process, work will have commenced on your order or may be completed, refund at this stage will not be possible. If you wish to make a change to your order, please advise Designing Your Home as soon as possible, via email, after the 7 working day cleared payment stage, work will have commenced on your order and may even be completed. We will however try to accommodate changes where possible.

 

Once Designing Your Home has received your cancellation order email we will confirm that you wish to cancel your order via return email. Funds will be credited to you within 30 days of placing your order.

 

6 User Content

 

In these terms of use, "user content" means material (including, without limitation, text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to Designing Your Home website, for whatever purpose.

 

You grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media. You also grant us the right to sub-license these rights and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

 

You warrant and represent that your content will comply with these terms of use.
